Our One bedroom Cottages :
Each cottage is romantic, individual, cosy and full of character and comfort, with some antiques and beautiful fabrics, including Laura Ashley and Sanderson. Both Little Orchard and Trevenna are ideally suited for those who prefer a cottage all on one level.
Each Bedroom ~ is lovely and enjoys the elegance of a genuine, antique Victorian brass double bed or a beautifully draped four poster. (Honey's incorporates both; Todds offers a 5' bed, and Little Orchard provides the flexibility of either zip and link twin beds or a 6' super king bed).
Each Bathroom ~ has a bathroom suite either with a bath and separate shower or an electric shower over the bath. There is a bathroom heater, shaver point and heated towel rail with white, fluffy bath sheets and hand towels provided.
Each Lounge ~ has an open fire or log burner, and is cosily furnished, including a sofa and armchair (except that Honey has two armchairs instead).
Each Dining Area ~ has an antique, dining table and two dining chairs.
Each Kitchen ~ has an electric hob, oven and grill, fridge with ice box, microwave and dishwasher and is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils [see Cottages page]. Little Trefanny, Trevenna and Little Orchard also have washer/driers, but Todds, Annes, Honey and Bramble have the exclusive use of two washing machines and tumble driers in a little stone building nearby.
Each Garden ~ each has its own, individual, private garden with pretty shrubs and flowers and garden furniture. Barbeques are available on request.
Honeymoons ~ Trefanny Hill is the perfect, magical location for a honeymoon cottage in Cornwall ~ a place for you to unwind and enjoy time together after the rigours and excitement of your wedding day. In accordance with ancient custom, newly weds would partake of the honey mead for one lunar month, hence 'honeymoon'. Please inform us if this is your honeymoon and you will be greeted with a bottle of Cornish honey mead wine in keeping with this merry tradition and also chocolates, champagne and flowers.
N.B. Each cottage can accommodates 1-2 people (some have space for a cot* or folding bed ~ please ask.) *As baby's bedding is so personal we provide only a mattress for a cot.
