Three bedroom property for six - 5' kingsize bed, open fireplace, stream, mill pond

Formerly a water mill, Tregarrick Mill is a delightful and spacious family cottage. On the first floor, there is a fabulous lounge and dining area with a balcony overlooking the rear garden and its adjoining stream, with meadows beyond. The lounge has an open fireplace, a large bay window and stylish furnishings. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen*, and there is also a toilet and basin off the hallway.

Downstairs, there are three lovely bedrooms, a kingsize (5'), a double (4'6") and a twin. Both double bedrooms have French doors leading onto the patio. There is a beautiful, spacious bathroom with a bidet, and a small separate shower room. There is also full gas central heating.

Outside, there are three spacious garden areas including an enclosed, private front lawn containing the patio furniture. Although very popular with many of our regular visitors with families of all ages, this property may be unsuitable for toddlers. The Mill has parking for three/four cars, and it is just a short and delightful walk up past the lake to the swimming pool, tennis court, children’s play area, games room, etc. and the rest of the hamlet.
